The three-bedroom apartment on two levels is located on the first floor, can accommodate up to five persons and offers internet access.The entrance hall has a kitchen corner and TV. The open gallery has two beds and the bathroom includes a shower, bidet and toilet. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom. One room with a single bed and another bathroom.For shared use: fenced garden and swimming pool. There is a toilet/outside shower in the pool area and a barbecue. In the complex: reception, restaurant, linen change for an extra charge. Within 4 km you can find shops, grocers, a supermarket, shopping centre and bars.The property was a former convent first dated back to the 11 century, surrounded by an exclusive park over 2 hectares large and with panoramic terraces. The position of Amelia is at the borders of 3 regions, Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio. 50 km from the centre of Perugia, 90 km from the centre of Roma.
